PUPPIES SOLD AS PETS
Puppies sold as pets will come with limited AKC registration Papers. This means your puppy will be AKC registered, but will not be used in a breeding or show program. Your puppy will need to be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age.
PUPPIES SOLD AS SHOW PROSPECTS
Puppies sold as show prospects will come with full AKC Registration. Full registrartion gives the buyer the right to breed or show the puppy purchase. This however does not guarantee your puppy will be succsesful in a show or breeding program. SunGold Chihuahuas will work very hard to pick out a show prospect puppy that I feel will work in the show ring. But many things can happen as the pup grows the would disqualify a pup from showing and or breeding.
DEPOSITS
If a puppy is chosen before it is ready to go to its new home, I require a $200 deposit to hold the puppy. This guarantees that no one else can purchase that puppy. This deposit is non refundable, unless the puppy would become ill , or die while in my care. The deposit may be paid by cash, check, or Paypal. The check must be received within 7 days, or the puppy will be placed back up for sale. Mail checks to :

The balance due is to be paid by the time the puppy is 12 weeks old, and must be paid in cash, money order or Paypal . If the balance is not paid by this time, the puppy will be placed back up for sale, and the deposit, and any payments made will be forfeited.

SunGold Chihuahuas is located in Northern Indiana. We are conveniently located near many major cities, including South Bend Indiana, Chicago Illinois, Indianapolis Indiana, Detroit Michigan, Fort Wayne Indiana, Grand Rapids Michigan, Toledo Ohio, and Cleveland Ohio.
Shipping is available within the United States only. I ship from the South Bend Regional Airport using Delta Pet First. Shipping is only available if the temps are between 35 & 85 degrees. Shipping will add an extra 350.00 to the price of the puppy. This covers the health certificate, crate, and airline fee. If you live in Canada please email me for details on getting a puppy to you.
Delivery service can be arranged if you live in the following States...Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, ohio, and Wisconsin.
Picking Up Your Puppy
If you are coming a far distance please bring something to carry your puppy home in. A small crate, a puppy carry bag, or even a laundry basket will work. Make sure you have papers or wee wee pads, and a soft blanket for your pup to cuddle in.
You will receive the following when picking up the puppy: AKC registration application, health record, a sample of the puppy's food, and puppy care instructions.
